A La Goma La Felicidad Yo Quiero Una Sprite 10/14/19

Hey so this week has been amazing!!I have a new companion and we have had so much fun!! We contactes over 80 people this week and have 8 new investigators and we are really excited to start working with them! This week has really been a week of miracles we were protected from a really scary dog that was coming after us, we found lots of people to teach, I have a companion who does not speak english so my spanish is so much better! This morning I was organizing our Liahonas and putting them in pikes of spanish and english, my companion looked at me and said why is this magazine in the spanish pile, I responded that it was in spanish, and she then pointed out that it was actually in english. There were so many times this morning when I looked at something in english I read it as spanish! I was able to feel the love that Heavenly Father has for our investigators and for all of his children! We made it to the chapel in 5 minutes and have no idea how because we took a bus and in a bus it usually takes us 15 or 20 minutes to get to the chapel. But we got there in time so that I could play the piano for the baptism. I now play the piano for church every sunday, as well as in our district meetings, and i am now the pianist for most of the baptisms in our Zone!

My new companion is Hermana Varela and she is a hoot and a half!!! My favorite thing that she said this week was ” A la goma la felicidad yo quiero una sprite” which basically means that she doesnt want to be happy she just wants a sprite, she said this while we were running home because she felt like she was going to get sick! She has a good sense of humor and is always looking on the positive side of things! I can really feel the love of christ when I am around her and can see the light of Christ in her eyes! We have had so much fun and created so many fun memories with in the past week and I am really excited to see how we are both going to change, the work that we will be able to do and the other many miracles that we will see during this transfer!! Also this morning we got up at 4 in the morning so that we could walk up this really big hill thing so that we could watch the sun rise! It was so beautiful and so much fun! I also got to hold a kitten that was 3 months old!!
This week I read  a talk called “Divine Discontent” I love this talk so much and it has helped me to understand how we can be happy even in the midst of our trials! I invite you all to read this talk and I love you all so mcuh!! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
